ARE YOU A DOER OR A HEARER ONLY? Posted 091219 @ 12.22 pm

I have a word for the Body. The Father is saying: ARE YOU A DOER OR A HEARER ONLY? It is written in James 1.22: But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves. Everyone that doeth righteousness is born of Me. Let no man deceive you; he that doeth righteousness is righteous, even as I am righteous. He that walketh righteously, and speaketh uprightly; he that despiseth the gain of oppressions, that shaketh has hands from holding of bribes, that stoppeth his ears from hearing of blood, and shutteth his eyes from seeing evil; he shall dwell on high; his place of defense shall be the munitions of rocks; bread shall be given him; his waters shall be sure. Thine eyes shall see the King in his beauty; they shall behold the land that is very far off. Blessed are they that keep judgment and he that doeth righteousness at all times.

If ye suffer for righteousness’ sake, happy are ye; and be not afraid of their terror, neither be troubled; but sanctify Myself in your hearts; and be ready always to given an answer to every man that asketh you a reason of the hope that is in you with meekness and fear; having a good conscience; that, whereas they speak evil of you, as of evildoers, they may be ashamed that falsely accuse your good conversation in Christ. For it is better, if it be My will, that ye suffer for well doing than for evil doing. For Christ also hath once suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, that He might bring you unto Myself, being put to death in the flesh, but quickened by My Spirit; by which also He went and preached unto the spirits in prison; which sometime were disobedient, when once My long-suffering waited in the days of Noah, while the ark was preparing, wherein few, that is eight souls, were saved by water.

For I have called you unto My eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after that ye have suffered a while, will make you perfect, establish, strengthen and settle you. For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to everyone that believeth. Flee also youthful lusts; but follow righteousness, faith, charity, peace, with them that call on Me out of a pure heart. But if a man be just, and do that which is lawful and right, and hath not eaten upon the mountains, neither hath lifted up his eyes to the idols of the house of Israel, neither hath defiled his neighbor’s wife, neither hath come near to a menstruous woman, and hath not oppressed any, but hath restored to the debtor his pledge, hath spoiled none by violence, hath given his bread to the hungry, and hath covered the naked with a garment; he that hath not given forth upon usury, neither hath taken any increase, that hath withdrawn his hand from iniquity, hath executed true judgment between man and man, hath walked in My statutes, and hath kept My judgments, to deal truly; he is just, he shall surely live. Be filled with the fruits of righteousness, which are by Jesus Christ, unto My glory and praise. He who endures to the end shall be saved. ARE YOU A DOER OR A HEARER ONLY? Amen.
