PRIDE GOETH BEFORE DESTRUCTION. Posted 092819 @ 12.22 pm

I have a word for the Body. The Father is saying: PRIDE GOETH BEFORE DESTRUCTION. It is written in Proverbs 16.18: Pride goeth before destruction, and a haughty spirit before a fall. When pride cometh, then cometh shame; but with the lowly is wisdom. Everyone that is proud in heart is an abomination to Me; though hand join in hand, he shall not be unpunished. A man’s pride shall bring him low; but honor shall uphold the humble in spirit. If a man think himself to be something, when he is nothing, he deceiveth himself. I resist the proud but give grace unto the humble. Let another man praise thee, and not thine own mouth; a stranger, and not thine own lips. Seest thou a man wise in his own conceit? There is more hope for a fool than of him.

Let nothing be cone through strife or vainglory; but in lowliness of mind let each esteem other better than themselves. Fear of Me is to hate evil; pride, and arrogance, the evil way and the forward mouth do I hate. Let not the wise man glory in his wisdom, neither let the mighty man glory in his might, let not the rich man glory in his riches; but let him that glorieth glory in this: that he understandeth and knoweth me, that I am the LORD which exercise lovingkindness, judgment, and righteousness, in the earth; for in these things I delight. For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of Me, but is of the world. Be of the same mind one toward another. Mind not high things but condescend to men of low estate. Be not wise in your own conceits.

If My people which are called by My name shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land. Humble yourselves therefore under My mighty hand, that I may exalt you in due time. And whosoever shall exalt himself shall be abased; and he that shall humble himself shall be exalted. But without faith it is impossible to please Me; for he that cometh to Me must believe that I am, and that I am a rewarder of them that diligently seek me. I have shown thee what is good and what I require of thee; to do justly, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with Me. Humble yourselves in My sight and I shall lift thee up. By humility and fear of Myself are riches, and honor and life. Do not think of yourself more highly than ye ought to think; but think soberly, according as I have dealt to every man the measure of faith. Walk worthy of the vocation wherewith ye are called; with all lowliness and meekness, with longsuffering, forbearing one another in love; endeavoring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace. PRIDE GOETH BEFORE DESTRUCTION. Amen.
