YOU ARE CALLED TO BE LIKE NOAH. Posted 052020 @ 12.22 pm
I have a word for the Body. The Father is saying: YOU ARE CALLED TO BE LIKE NOAH. It is written in Genesis 7.1: And the LORD said unto Noah: Come thou and all thy house into the ark; for thee have I seen righteous before me in this generation. Today, just as in Noah’s day, the wickedness of man is great in the earth, and every imagination of the thoughts of their hearts is only evil continually. And every living substance was destroyed which was upon the face of the ground, both man, and cattle, and the creeping things, and the fowl of heaven; and they were destroyed from the earth; and Noah only remained alive, and they that were with him in the ark, because Noah found grace in My eyes. Although I made a covenant with Noah and I gave the rainbow as a sign of My covenant, that I would never again destroy man with a flood, however, the day is coming when the earth will be destroyed. Be not ignorant of this one thing: that one day is with Me as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day. I am not slack concerning My promise but am longsuffering toward you not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance.
Know this first, that there shall come in the last days scoffers, walking after their own lusts, and saying: Where is the promise of his coming? For since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of creation. For this they willingly are ignorant of, that by My Word the heavens were of old, and the earth standing out of the water and in the water; whereby the world the then was, being overflowed with water, perished; but the heavens and the earth, which are now, by the same word are kept in store, reserved unto fire against the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men. But the day of your LORD will come as a thief in the night; in which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up. Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness, looking for and hastening unto the coming of My day, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat? Therefore, according to My promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness. Seeing ye look for such things, be diligent that ye may be found in peace, without spot and blameless. And account that My longsuffering is salvation.
Beware lest ye also, being led away with the error of the wicked, fall from your own steadfastness. But grow in grace and in the knowledge of your Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Knowing that heaven and earth will pass away, and that ye are pilgrims and sojourners, as were all your fathers; your days on the earth are as a shadow, and there is none abiding. I beseech you as strangers and pilgrims, abstain from fleshly lusts which war against the soul; having your conversation honest among the Gentiles; that, whereas they speak against you as evildoers, they may by your good works, which they shall behold, glorify Me in the day of visitation. Submit yourselves to every ordinance of man for your Lord’s sake; whether it be to the king as supreme or unto governors, as unto them that are sent by Me for the punishment of evildoers, and for the praise of them that do well. For so is My will, that with well doing ye may put to silence the ignorance of foolish men; as free, and not using your liberty for a cloke of maliciousness, but as My servants. Honor all men, love the brotherhood. Fear Me.
For what glory is it if when ye be buffeted for your faults, ye shall take it patiently? But if, when ye do well and suffer for it, ye take it patiently, this is acceptable unto Me. For hereunto were ye called: because Christ also suffered for you leaving you an example, that ye should follow His steps, who did no sin neither was guile found in His mouth; who, when He was reviled, reviled not again; when He suffered, He threatened not; but committed Himself to Myself; who His own self bare your sins in His own body on the tree, that ye, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness; by whose stripes ye were healed. For ye were as sheep going astray; but are now returned unto the Shepherd and Bishop of your souls. Look forward to a new heaven and a new earth, where righteousness dwells, and do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth but store up for yourselves treasures in heaven. The Lord Jesus Christ shall judge the quick and the dead at His appearing and His kingdom; therefore, preach the Word; be instant in season and out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine. For the time has come they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers having itching ears; and they shall turn away their ears from the truth and shall be turned unto fables. But watch thou in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, make full proof of thy ministry; fight the good fight, finish your course, keep the faith; and thou shalt receive a crown of righteousness, which your Lord, the Righteous Judge, shall give thee at that day; and unto all them that love His appearing. For ye are My ambassadors, and My House shall be as an Embassy to those seeking shelter from persecution and destruction. Since you are looking forward to this, make every effort to be found spotless, blameless and at peace with Him. YOU ARE CALLED TO BE LIKE NOAH. Amen.
ALL IS WELL AND WELL IS ALL.
